Concord Management Consultancy was founded in response to a recurring challenge in the Qatari market: organisations with ambitious visions but missing the practical structures, capabilities and sustained guidance required to bring them to life.

We built our practice on a different commitment. Every engagement begins with an honest assessment, leads to tailored solutions and extends beyond recommendation into execution. Our work is complete only when the client team has the clarity, capability and ownership to sustain what we have built together. It is a more deliberate approach to consulting, one designed to create lasting value.

Co-Founder, Managing Partner & CEO

Hassan Mushtaque Sheikh

With nearly a decade of experience in corporate management, consulting and entrepreneurship, his career spans both the public and private sectors, with experience across government, technology, professional services, media, marketing, fashion and retail. His work focuses on translating strategic ambition into practical, tangible improvements in business performance.

His experience includes advising senior leaders and key stakeholders, leading teams and commercial operations, delivering transformation initiatives, launching new ventures, and developing brand and marketing strategies. Drawing on commercial acumen and digital expertise, he approaches organisational challenges from an integrated strategic and operational perspective. His work is grounded in practical solutions that improve performance, empower teams and help businesses build the capabilities required for sustainable growth.

At Concord, he leads the firm’s strategic direction, business development and digital initiatives, working closely with his co-founder to shape and deliver client engagements. His approach is analytical, collaborative and hands-on, connecting clearly defined business priorities with the capabilities, processes and technologies required for effective execution.

Ahmed Bilal Aboobacker

Ahmed has experience in governance and compliance, risk management, policy development, audit, and project management. His work focuses on helping organisations align their operations with their strategic objectives and establish the structures, responsibilities and controls required for sustainable performance.

With a background in business administration and law, Ahmed brings a multidisciplinary perspective to organisational challenges. His experience includes strengthening policies, clarifying roles, reinforcing accountability, managing risks, following up on audit actions and supporting initiatives that advance organisational maturity.

At Concord, he leads the firm’s governance, compliance and organisational improvement work, collaborating closely with his co-founder to shape and deliver client engagements. His approach is methodical, collaborative and practical, helping organisations translate strategic direction into consistent execution through clearly defined responsibilities, effective processes and sound governance. He focuses on developing solutions tailored to the needs of each organisation, giving management and teams the clarity required to operate effectively and achieve sustainable growth.
